The US government is trying to figure out a way to better connect people who work in big, complex infrastructure to each other and to other people in the same community.
It is hoping a technology called “flatbed” will help connect people with jobs and services that don’t require a truck and to people who live in different areas.
But a recent study in The Washington Post found that a lot of the people who would benefit from flatbed services are already living in neighborhoods where there are not enough truck beds.
So the government is hoping the technology will work for them too.
The Flatbed service is currently in use by the National Grid, the Federal Communications Commission and the Department of Defense.
It allows people who are on their way to work to take advantage of low parking rates.
But they can’t take the train, drive their own car or have a personal delivery vehicle.
It’s also difficult to access the service if you are in a wheelchair.
So for some people, finding a service truck for transportation is the only option.
So Al Jazeera spoke to people about the challenges of finding a flatbed truck and the technology’s potential to help them.
Andrea Riggs, a transportation engineer and author of the book “The Road to Flatbed,” said her life is not so simple.
Riggs works as an engineer for the National Transportation Safety Board and she’s been using the technology for years to help people get around her city.
But her commute is not the only reason why she uses the technology.
Her job is to deliver mail.
So in order to get around, Riggs and her family are stuck in a parking lot, a truck, and a delivery vehicle that can’t accommodate two people.
And she has a delivery truck to boot.
Riggs told Al Jazeera that because she is not a “professional driver” her vehicle is a liability.
When Riggs was asked why she would choose a flat bed over a pickup truck, she said, “The flatbed is a much better vehicle to deliver a package to because you don’t have to worry about losing your car.”
The Flatbing service is not limited to just delivering mail.
Rigses family travels to different cities every week, and she says she has used the service to deliver packages to schools, hospitals, government offices, and other important places.
Rigses husband is a retired airline pilot, and he used to drive a truck but said he can’t do that anymore.
So Rigsers job now is to drive delivery trucks, she told Aljazeera.
In order to make the trips, Rigserbs family has to take a lot more money.
She said that while her husband has gotten used to driving the truck, his commute is getting more difficult because of the increased costs.
But Rigs, who is also a lawyer, believes the flatbed will make it easier to travel and is hopeful that the technology can help solve some of her problems.
Al Jazeera contacted several companies to find out how the Flatbed technology will be used.
Align Solutions, a flat-bed service provider based in Austin, Texas, was the first company to respond to Al Jazeera’s request for comment.
According to Align, it has an agreement with the National Weather Service to deliver to customers within the US, but it can’t provide service outside of the country.
Alignment also has an option to deliver outside the US.
“We can’t deliver to countries with high traffic, high congestion or other areas where we would not be able to provide service,” Align said in a statement.
“As a result, our customers are not able to access our service outside the United States, which creates additional costs for customers who have to drive to the locations where our services are available.”
A spokesperson for Align responded to Aljaw that it is currently offering its services in more than 80 countries, and that the service is also available to customers in the US for the time being.
“The majority of our customers live outside of North America and our services can be delivered to their home countries,” the spokesperson said.
“Align’s service is available to our US customers who live outside the USA and can access our platform via their local postal service.”
Riggs said that although she believes her truck and delivery service are helping her and her husband get around easier, she is still a bit wary of the technology because of all the issues it brings.
Riggs’ husband works at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and said he uses the flat bed to get to his job at the local courthouse.
He told Alijaw that he uses it to get home from work, because he can get there faster by taking a bus.
Rriggs’ daughter lives in a different area, so he has to wait for a taxi, which he said is not ideal.
